Highlights:
♦ The financial institution has also introduced a complete program for the families of employees who regrettably lost their lives due to COVID-19, and a quantity of different social accountability initiatives.
♦ Ghar Ghar Ration is a special and unique application where employees have contributed from their non-public profits to set up a Customer COVID Care Fund to grant remedy to 50,000 COVID affected low-income IDFC FIRST Bank customers.
♦ Employees of the Bank contributed salary of one day to one month for the purpose.
♦ Employees are paying for ration kits comprising 10 kg rice/flour, two kg dal (lentils), 1 kg sugar and salt, 1 kg cooking oil, 5 packets of various spices, tea and biscuits and different necessities needed to guide a small household for about a month.
