A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), named Karmayogi Bharat,' will be established as a not-for-profit company under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, as a 100 percent government-owned entity.

30 June 2021 Current Affairs:A three-member task force has been established to assist the government in implementing major bureaucratic reforms as part of its ambitious "Mission Karmayogi." The center recently approved the "National Civil Services Capacity Building Programme- KarmaYogi Mission" to realize the transition from rule-based training to role-based capacity development for all civil services in the country.

About the task force:
♦ A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), named ‘Karmayogi Bharat,' will be established as a not-for-profit company under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, as a 100 percent government-owned entity
The SPV will be responsible for: 
♦ delivering and managing design, 
♦ implementing, improving, and managing a digital platform, 
♦ managing and delivering competency assessment services, 
♦ managing the governance of telemetry data, and ensuring monitoring and evaluation.
♦ The task force will submit recommendations for the SPV's organisational structure, which will align its vision, mission, and functions.
