A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), named Karmayogi Bharat,' will be established as a not-for-profit company under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, as a 100 percent government-owned entity.

The center recently approved the "National Civil Services Capacity Building Programme- KarmaYogi Mission" to realize the transition from rule-based training to role-based capacity development for all civil services in the country.
About the task force:

The SPV will be responsible for:
♦ delivering and managing design,
♦ implementing, improving, and managing a digital platform,
♦ managing and delivering competency assessment services,
♦ managing the governance of telemetry data, and ensuring monitoring and evaluation.
♦ The task force will submit recommendations for the SPV's organisational structure, which will align its vision, mission, and functions.
